However, Belleville has a strict D.Y.S.A.G. policy (Drop Your Stuff And Git). To avoid a large rush and chaos, we will allow all teams to bring their equipment in starting at 3:30pm. Between the hours of 3:30pm and 5:00 pm on Thursday teams will only be allowed to drop their pit supplies. There will be no other activity in the pit area prior to 5pm other than the placement of equipment. The D.Y.S.A.G. will be strictly enforced. Trailers can be stowed in the farthest part of the parking lot as shown on the map. Please try to park all trailers to the rear most area of the lot near the stadium. Space is limited please park trailers as close to each other as possible.
Parking and Load In/Out - (FRIDAY Before 3pm) NO PARKING IN THE RED AREA during school hours (Friday before 3pm). Blue area is the designated parking area for Friday before 3pm. Between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm the red area can be used as a drop off point only. There will be parking volunteers directing traffic. Fenced gate between St Anthony’s Church and Belleville High School will be open for easy access to the event/parking. The orange areas are limited parking Friday only.
Limited parking means while school is in session the teachers and students will have those spaces occupied for the most part. There are about 100 or so free spaces at any time during the day Friday while school is in session. We also have a new child development center with some spaces available. The center is located in the orange limited parking area across from the entrance to the school.
